A guaranteed way to make progress in the gym
I never speak in absolutes but today I had to

When it comes to working out or eating healthy, 9/10 times you will be your own worst enemy. This applies to you if you are brand new or experienced. Are you doing the right things? Should you be doing what your friend is doing? Is what you saw on Instagram right?
These questions run through my mind, my client's mind, and your mind. That is why I wanted to share my guaranteed process for continuing to make progress. This method is going to sound easy on paper but the application is where the progress occurs.
Step 1: What are things I would need to do to stop making progress?
Eat poorly
Sleep poorly
Stop going to the gym consistently
Not following a plan and just doing whatever in the gym
Step 2: Do the opposite
Eat nutritious foods
Get 7-8hrs of sleep daily
Go to the gym consistently each week ( this can be as little as 3 days or as many as 6)
Follow a plan. ( A poorly written plan done consistently will always outperform a great plan done inconsistently)
The options from step 1 are a few things you can write down. They are the 4 biggest areas that people can change and see immediate results from the change. I highly recommend you take 10-15 minutes today to run through this exercise and see how it plays out for you.
Worst case use the options I gave you
