Every successful person has this one trait.
When you see a successful person, whether it is in business, fitness, or anything in life, they all have one trait that they work on.

Consistency.
Most successful people you see are not the smartest, fastest, strongest, or the best at their craft. They are consistent in their efforts to pursue their goal.
It doesn't matter how many times they fail, they just keep trying.
Why?
Because they know with enough time or enough attempts they will succeed in their goal.
How does this apply to you?
If you are reading this you want to do 1 of 2 things:
1) lost 3-5lbs
2) lose some body fat
Both of these goals are very achievable in a much shorter time span than you think. You can lose 3-5lbs in the next 3-5 weeks. You might fuck up on weeks 1-5 but that is ok, you just need to keep trying.
If you don't believe me, go find someone who looks the way you want to and ask them how they got there. You will hear some combination of “ high protein diet, calorie deficit, increased movement” Once they give you this answer ask them how long it took.
Most won't know the exact answer, the way they eat has just become normal to them. They consistently eat high-protein meals, they know when and how long to be in a calorie deficit and they know that small increases in movement over a long period of time can get you to your goal.
So next time you get down on yourself remember that your one day of over/under eating won't ruin your progress if you just keep trying!
