I am hoping by now you are starting to question me on this. “ Why don't I have a weight loss problem?”
Because you can lose weight without an issue, almost any diet can get you to lose weight.
You have a weight-maintaining problem.
You lose the weight in 6,12,24… however many weeks you need but what are you doing after? How prepared are you to go back to a normal social life? Are you ready to add in foods you might have excluded?
The list of questions can go on for a long time.
So I ask, do you have a game plan post-diet?
Don't be ashamed if you don't. Most diets or coaches don't give you a game plan. They want to keep you on the payroll so they can continue to make money. It's shitty. But it's a sad reality of the industry today.
