Wild right?
Social media/marketing, and our parents have jammed this thought down your throat since you were little. It is not your fault you think like this. But it is your responsibility to notice you are having these thoughts and to do something about it.
Do you want to continue to starve yourself and feel like shit for the sake of looking good?
Or
Would you rather eat enough food to energize yourself for a normal social life, a good/great workout, and have the energy to do whatever you want with your friends/family/partner?
Option 2 might not be the ‘sexiest’ but it is the best. You won’t be shredded, you won't be as lean as you want, you might not be pleased with how you look BUT you will feel so much better.
It baffles me to see you put yourself through so much shit to try and look like someone who doesn’t live the life you do. Your favorite athlete or IG model gets paid to look the way they do. You most likely do not. You can’t compare yourself to them when you don’t live the same life they do
Go work out, eat protein with each meal, try to eat some fruits/veggies, and enjoy your fucking day.
Don’t sacrifice your energy and joy just to look thin. I promise you it’s not worth it.
