be aggressively patient
You are not alone in your struggle to want to “ catch up” to where are people are.
Everyone is making progress faster than me
It must be nice to look like that
Why can’t I lift like they do?
These are all statements that you have had run through your head in the past 6 months. I know this for a fact. Want to know why? They still run through my head on a monthly basis.
You are not alone in your struggle to want to “ catch up” to where people are. That is totally normal human behavior. But you cannot skip any steps to get there. You will be told by some coaches that they can get you there fast or that you just need to do a lot in a little bit of time to get those results.
All of that is bullshit
If you truly want to lose those 5-10lbs while still looking and feeling good then you need to be patient.
I always tell my clients “ Be aggressively patient”
What does this mean? It means exactly what you think it does. When you are getting impatient, frustrated, or upset when looking at other’s “success” remember to be patient and your time will come.
You will see transformation photos of people making these awesome changes but what you don’t see is all the hard work, time, and dedication put into these transformations. You read 6 months on a post and think “ I can do that” yet you get upset after 6 days of not seeing progress.
Be aggressively patient and watch the results stick for a long time
PS: I am opening my books next week but wanted to give you first dibs to get on a call and see if I can help you out. ( worst case book a call to come say hi)
Dont forget to call your mom
